About Us
From our Bury St Edmunds workshop, every Kingsbury Sauna is handcrafted with care, intention and respect for both nature and tradition.
Using sustainably sourced materials from richly grained Thermo woods and natural sheep wool insulation, to standing seam metal roofs we create saunas that feel alive with warmth and character.
Each sauna reflects our belief that true craftsmanship is about connection to the materials, the landscape, and the restorative ritual of sauna bathing itself.

With nearly three decades of working in Prime Construction and a lifetime of outdoor pursuits taking a toll on my body, I sought a new direction, which led me to discover the restorative power of sauna and the simple ritual of heat, wood, and stillness which ignited my passion for sauna building.
This journey became a way to channel my creativity and craftsmanship into something meaningful - helping people slow down, recharge, and reconnect.
Now, through the Kingsbury Sauna Co I design and build handcrafted saunas for both business and home, rooted in authentic Finnish traditions. Each sauna harmoniously blends traditional craftsmanship with modern design, creating beautiful and restorative spaces.
