Created for those who seek the freedom to bring authentic sauna wherever it's needed, the Sauna Vaunu blends mobility with the atmosphere of a traditional wood stove heated sauna.
Its off-grid design allows it to operate in remote landscapes, festival settings, wellness retreats or commercial sites, delivering heat and ritual without compromise.
Uniquely designed, with the option of being ground mounted or paired with a trailer for full mobility, it offers seating for up to eight bathers to share warmth, conversation and the restorative rhythm of communal bathing.
Handcrafted in our Suffolk workshop by our dedicated team and built using natural and sustainably sourced materials, each Sauna Vaunu is engineered for performance, longevity and a deeply atmospheric experience.

Design Features
Every element of the Saunas Vaunu is created with purpose, sustainability, and an authentic sauna performance in mind. Handcrafted with carefully selected materials, each build ensures a healthy and comfortable sauna environment.
A vestibule area provides an essential transition between the outdoors and the generous sauna room, creating space for bathers and sauna ritual practices
Base
Portable steel-framed base for stability and effortless siting, paired with an Ifor Williams trailer for full mobility
Construction
Timber stud walls and roof, insulated with natural sheep-wool for sustainable, high performance heat retention
Structure protection
Integrated breathable membranes, vapour-control layers, and airflow cavities created from Thermo timber battens ensuring a healthy, long lasting structure
Exterior cladding
Vertical "Mill Sawn" Thermo Pine finished in deep black for a traditional yet refined aesthetic
Interior cladding
Vertical Thermo Aspen for a warm, inviting and traditional sauna atmosphere - left untreated and natural to allow a graceful patina to develop over time
Benches & backrest
Crafted from Thermo Aspen, the sauna builder's choice for sauna bench material. Finished with sauna bench oil for long-term durability in high heat and humidity.
Soft ambient LED strip lighting beneath the top bench, powered by the 160w solar system

Slate-effect anti-slip porcelain tiles with floor drain
Heater
A Harvia Pro 20 (24.1kW) wood-burning heater, designed for vigorous bathing. Chosen for its large stone capacity that creates a Löyly that is both pleasant and hearty.
Roof
Grey standing-seam metal roof for ultimate durability and clean architectural lines.
Soft ambient LED down lights illuminate the entrance, powered by the160w solar system
